Honourable members of Migori County Assembly today elected Hon. Charles Oyugi Owino Likowa as the new Speaker of the Third Assembly. He trounced his opponents with a resounding defeat in the first round hence the process did not go for a second vote after achieving the two-thirds rule. The race attracted several county men and women but only five were shortlisted for the race.
