The Honorable Speaker and the clerk received a team comprising of staff from the Senate Liaison Office and Westminster Foundation for Democracy. The team has developed a County Legislative Tracker System (CLT), a centralized online platform that allows citizens to monitor the legislative processes across all 47 counties in Kenya.
The CLT is an online tracking database that collects data and information from the counties to aid in keeping track of county legislations mainly Bills and Acts. It provides real time updates on legislative activities within a county.
