Migori County Assembly through Committee on Appointment today held Approval hearing of various CEC Members pursuant to the provision of Article 179(2)(b) of the Constitution of Kenya 2010, Section 8(1)(a) of the County Government Act 2012, Section 7 of the Public Appointments Act No. 5 of 2017 and Migori County Standing Orders 185 (4). The first candidate to appear for this session was the nominee for department of Finance and Economic Planning Mr. Maurice Otunga Nyanjagah.
