Migori County Assembly through Committee on Appointment today held Approval hearing for the position of County Secretary and the Head of County Public Service, after which the committee continued with approval hearing for other various CEC Members pursuant to the provision of Article 179(2)(b) of the Constitution of Kenya 2010, Section 8(1)(a) of the County Government Act 2012, Section 7(4) & (5) of the Public Appointments Act No. 5 of 2017 and Migori County Standing Orders 185 (4).
